Part Time Accounts Assistant - Belfast - £27,000 - £30,000 (Pro Rata) (20 hours per week)
About the Role
BlackFox Solutions are delighted to be looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our clients finance team on a part time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their accounting career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate financial records and updating accounting systems
- Supporting month-end and year-end processes
- Handling supplier queries and reconciling statements
- Assisting with payroll and expense processing (if applicable)
- General administrative duties within the finance department
Requirements
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance role preferred
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
