• UK QTS
• Experience teaching in UK inner city schools beneficial
• Proven success in raising attainment across the board
• Keen interest in utilising ICT
• Experience embedding strategies for Assessment for Learning
• Prior middle leadership experience (e.g. 2iC, KS Coordinator or current HOD) desirable
• Strong academic background desired
