Responsibilities
- Lead the boutique's overall commercial performance, team development, and daily operations
- Inspire, coach, and develop a team of 9 to deliver exceptional service and consistently exceed sales targets
- Drive VIP clienteling strategies, hosting client events and building long-term client relationships
- Oversee P&L performance, stock management, visual merchandising standards, and operational excellence
Requirements
- Extensive experience managing luxury fashion boutiques, ideally across both menswear and womenswear
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and managing VIP clientele
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience coaching and developing high-performing teams
- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of RTW collections, fashion trends, and luxury service standards
