The opportunity
You’ll sit at the heart of the Corporate & Commercial team, acting as the go‑to technical resource and helping lawyers deliver work efficiently, consistently and at the highest standard. Your focus will include:
- Developing and maintaining corporate precedents, templates and know‑how
- Keeping the team up to date with legal developments and market trends
- Supporting lawyers with technical queries and complex research points
- Delivering internal training and supporting junior lawyer development
- Helping shape working practices, workflows and process improvements
- Supporting legal tech and knowledge management initiatives
- Contributing to articles, briefings and client‑facing updates
