Your opportunity
- Monitor and analyze global threshold disclosure requirements to ensure full compliance across various jurisdictions.
- Prepare, review, and submit regulatory filings related to threshold disclosures in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for disclosure reporting.
- Identify, assess, and escalate potential compliance risks associated with threshold breaches or regulatory changes.
- Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing the firm’s compliance framework and risk controls.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.

Must have skills
- Over 3 years of experience in threshold disclosures, or related compliance or regulatory reporting functions.
- Practical, hands‑on exposure to threshold filings.
- Experience working within an asset manager, investment adviser, hedge fund, bank, custodian, or regulatory reporting service provider.
- Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex position and ownership data.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with threshold monitoring systems, such as Confluence Signal and Charles River, is beneficial.
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders, including Legal and Operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple filings and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive, self‑motivated approach with a willingness to take ownership of deliverables.
