Your role

We are growing our Defence team, and the opportunities are huge. We work hand in hand with our clients to realise their goals and overcome their most complex challenges. We do this by working very closely with the broader Capgemini group to support our clients as holistically as possible, leveraging a wealth of technical expertise. We believe our technical heritage and ecosystem of "know‑how" really sets us apart from our competitors. We need people with strong consulting skills as well as skills in areas such as: Strategy & Innovation, P3M, Agile & Hybrid ways of working, Business Technology, Analytics, and Workforce & Organisational transformation.

We need good people who are action oriented with a desire to 'get things done'. We pride ourselves being able to bring clarity and control to our client's most complex and challenging programmes. As a Consultant within the Defence team you will primarily be delivery focused, spending time with our clients – building relationships, growing trust and delivering tangible improvements and benefit.
