We're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to support our experienced consultants, helping to source, engage, and place candidates across a variety of roles. Responsibilities
- Registering candidates and carrying out RTW checks
- Booking staff onto shifts across events and venues in Glasgow
- Matching the right people to the right roles
- Keeping in regular contact with your candidates and supporting them while they're on assignment
- Helping the team with day‑to‑day admin and recruitment tasks
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience within any environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Organised, with good attention to detail
- Able to work in a busy, target‑driven environment
