About The Role
As part of Team Cotteswold, you will expand our doorstep delivery service as a Field Sales Executive based in Tewkesbury. You will promote our local dairy products to consumers and help grow the business.
About You
- Confident communicator who can influence and engage people
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Positive outlook and strong work ethic
- Comfortable approaching and talking to new people
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- DBS check required
- Previous sales experience desirable but not essential
Hours, Pay & Benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, 11:00 – 19:00 (includes travel time)
Salary: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities
- Targeted doorstep canvassing to promote the local doorstep delivery service
- Act as a brand ambassador, communicating company values and story
- Engage with potential customers, explaining the range of fresh, local dairy products
- Recognise objections and overcome them positively and professionally
- Collect new customer details and liaise with internal departments for processing
- Travel to and from target locations to support community growth
- Work to weekly sales targets with unlimited earning potential
