Overview
We are looking for a Team Support based at our Grantham depot who will take customer calls on supplies and faults, coordinate work projects, teams and craftspeople, and manage associated administration such as permits, invoicing, data entry and weekly scheduling. The role is hybrid, with a mix of office and home working after initial training, and it requires strong communication and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Take customer calls on supplies and faults.
- Co‑ordinate work projects, teams, craftspeople and administer associated tasks such as permits, invoicing, data entry and scheduling.
- Co‑ordinate the team’s response to network faults.
- Respond to customer enquiries both verbally and in writing.
- Assist the Team Manager with work programming.
- Input data into the appropriate database to support Field Teams.
- Assist other team members as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- English and Maths GCSE Grade C/Level 4 or above OR Functional Skills Level 2 or above.
- Good keyboard skills and the ability to learn Microsoft Office.
- Experience in finance beneficial.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Legal right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
- Pass a satisfactory DBS check as required by the role.
