Exhibition Sales Executive

£35,000 + uncapped commission
We’re working with an international events business to hire an Exhibition Sales Executive to take ownership of a high-volume exhibitor package product within one of their flagship events.
This is a fast-paced, commercial sales role with clear progression into higher-value sponsorship sales. It would particularly suit someone currently working in delegate sales who is looking to step into a more revenue-driven, client-facing position.
The role
You’ll be responsible for selling exhibitor packages (typically £6–7k) into a global marketing technology audience. These are transactional, high-volume deals, requiring strong outbound activity, pipeline management, and consistent closing.
You’ll work across existing, lapsed, and new business, speaking directly with founders and senior stakeholders.
