A Global Top 20 search firm is ringfencing a Senior Partner to lead and scale its In-House Legal vertical within Financial Services.
With consistent 30% YoY growth and increasing movement at General Counsel and Deputy GC level across asset managers, hedge funds and private equity platforms, the firm is formalising legal as a standalone Partner-led vertical within its Corporate Functions division.

The Financial Services practice is a £30m business unit with long standing, retained relationships with blue chip across:
70% buy-side / 30% sell-side coverage.
Fee sizes range from £60k-£500k.
Average partner productivity sits at £1.5m
