Salary: £110,000 – £124,000

Our client, a fast‑growing SaaS HR business, is looking to recruit a Legal Counsel to be based in their City office. The company is primarily focused on the Australian, U.S., and U.K. markets and will mainly manage the U.K. operations. Legal is a highly visible, close‑knit team in an exceptionally acquisitive business.
Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating SaaS contracts, ensuring compliance with data protection laws (UK and EU GDPR), and maintaining an understanding of the EU AI Act or a strong interest in AI.
This role is suitable for a qualified solicitor with at least 6 PQE who wants to be part of an ambitious, entrepreneurial company.
