Key Responsibilities

• Proactive diary and inbox management
• Supporting with travel arrangements
• Opening new clients and matters
• Handling billing and time recording
• Finance‑related tasks
• Preparing and amending legal documents
• Client liaison

What we’re looking for

• 5 years minimum experience as a Legal PA in a top City or US law firm
• A positive, can‑do attitude and a warm, professional manner
• Robust, resilient and able to take strong direction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong multi‑tasking and prioritisation abilities
• A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced legal environment
