Our Assistant Store Managers are integral to the success of our stores. In this role you partner closely with the Store Manager to develop team members, provide the best customer service possible, and communicate our company’s values, vision, and mission. You navigate complex business priorities while satisfying customers and guiding team growth.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you work closely with the Store Manager to align business objectives with company and community interests. You partner in developing and engaging team members to achieve budgeted revenue goals, assist in hiring staff who share the UGG brand passion, maintain high training standards, and motivate the team for maximum productivity. Your responsibilities include training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, store administration, and customer service. You also open and close the store, secure assets, plan the labor schedule, maintain the security system, and act as the Store Manager in their absence.
