AnexcitingopportunitytojointheEchoHouseProjectTeamasaCreativeProjectCo‑Ordinator.Workingwithinourdynamicandcreativestudioandproductionhousesupportingprojectsfrominceptiontodeliveryonsite,literallybringingconceptstolife!Thisuniqueopportunityprovidesthe scope to bring ideas to reality in the most luxurious of retail environments, pushing the boundaries each and every day.

Thisfull‑timerolewillinvolveworkingcloselywithinacreativeprojectteamhubcomposedoftheCreativeDirectorandaCreativeProjectManager.Together,youwillbecoordinatingawidevarietyofprojectsforoneofEcho’slongeststandingandprestigiousLuxuryRetailclients,aswellasadditionalworkfortheCreativeDirector,whoworkswithnewclientsandnewcreativebriefs.

TheroleisrequiredtoworkfulltimeatourSurbitonstudio,alongsidetherestoftheEchoHouseteam.Theidealcandidatewillbefamiliarwithafast‑pacedenvironment,akeytowhichistheabilitytomulti-taskmultipleprojectsatanyonetime.

Strongcommunicationskillsareessentialasyouwillbeworkingcloselywithanumberofinternalandexternalstakeholders,includingalldepartmentswithinEchoHouse;Studio,Design,Production,Fabrication,LogisticsandDispatch,aswellasourwonderfulclients,suppliersandinstallers.

Previousexperienceorworkingwithintheretaildisplay/graphic/productiondesignindustryisextremelydesirable.Alternatively,anyrelevantexperiencethatsupportsanunderstandingoftheprofessionalcreativeprocessisideal.

AtEcho,ourworkflowapproachisahybrid.Dependentonthenatureoftheworks,wecombinethestructuredpredictabilityoftheWaterfallmethodwiththeflexibleadaptabilityofAgile.Thisnecessitatesthatallourteammembersarecomfortableandproficientinbothapproaches,ensuringseamlessintegrationandadaptabilityaccordingtoprojectdemands.

MAINDUTIES

• InputtingjobsontoourMISsystem.
• Translatingordersintoabriefforthestudio,production,packingandinstallationteams.
• DataManagementinvolvingspreadsheetsforordersandrollouts.
• Liaisingwithourstudio,production,fabrication,dispatchandinstallationteamstoensurejobsandprojectsareontrackandgatheringfeedbacktobepassedontoclientsontheircurrentstatus.
• Preparinginstallationbriefsforbespokejobs.
• OnsiteStylingandinstallationsupport.
• PreparingPODreportsandadministratingphotofeedbackduringrollouts.
• Manyandvariedadhoctasks–it’sdifferenteveryday!
