Driving Recruiter – Logistics and Transport – based in Tamworth

About my client

Due to significant growth my client is looking to appoint a Logistics and Transport Consultant specifically focusing on the driving market. You must have a proven background and experience within the recruitment industry within the Logistics or Transport sector and be motivated in winning and securing new A-Z business/ accounts as well as having great account management skills.

• You are an experienced Driving Consultant or Senior Logistics/Transport Recruitment Consultant and have a proven record in winning and securing new business
• You are good with people and love building relationships
• You are good at performing under pressure and thrive on developing your desk/division
• You have initiative and love working strategically
• You enjoy being well paid for doing a good job and want to be rewarded for your hard work with a basic of £33k, and a very high commission plus other benefits

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE AMBITION TO GROW AND DEVELOP MY CLIENT'S DRIVING DIVISION, RECRUIT A TEAM OF CONSULTANTS AROUND THEM AND BECOME A DIRECTOR OF THE BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE.

Skills and experience required:

• 24 months minimum plus experience within recruitment and within the logistics/driving sector
• Up to date with all legal and driving legislation
• Thrives on winning new clients and building long term relationships with your drivers

Schedule: Monday to Friday
