Customer Service Advisor - Inbound Contact Centre

Location: Perth, PH1 (Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week)

Contract: 12‑month fixed term

Start Date: 26 May 2026

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Shifts: Between 8:30am and 5:30pm

Pay Rate: £14.79 per hour (PAYE)

Clearance: DBS and 3 years referencing required

About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and resolving issues first time? Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and making a real difference on every call?

We're looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join a busy inbound contact centre team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, using your communication skills and problem‑solving ability to deliver first call resolution and an excellent customer experience.

This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team environment with hybrid working and regular weekday hours.
