The role

The Global Logistics Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for defining, executing, and optimizing Wayve’s global logistics, customs, transportation, and potentially warehousing operations across the UK, US, Asia Pacific, and EU.

This role owns end‑to‑end inbound and outbound logistics, customs compliance, tariffs and duties, transportation strategy, and logistics partner management. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands‑on leader who can operate in a fast‑moving, hardware‑driven environment, balancing speed, cost, compliance, and risk while enabling critical program milestones.

This role will have help setting up the logistics roadmap as Wayve continue to scale up internationally.
