Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven and motivated New Business Sales Broker to join our established team. In this role, you will identify potential cross-sell opportunities and develop business opportunities to drive revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline through strategic outreach and ongoing marketing campaigns.

Job Purpose

The main focus of this exciting and challenging role is to take inbound calls from clients nationally, as well as transfer warm calls through our internal lead‑generation team. There will be a blend of outbound calls to make within the role, and also working through our exclusive client base here at Radius. These calls will be a mixture of both new and existing customers that require hire and reward insurance within a 30‑day window of their renewal date. To help achieve this, you will have access to over 8–10 insurance markets where, over the 42 years, we have built great working and business relationships.
