Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and execute all aspects of events to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries as a secondary contact to support client relationship management
- Organize and facilitate pre- and post-event meetings to align stakeholders and ensure operational readiness
- Perform accurate data entry to maintain event records, accounts and documentation
- Document project processes and outcomes to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team
- Take ownership of additional responsibilities assigned to support team objectives and organizational goals
Required competencies and certifications
- Deliver high-quality work consistently by demonstrating responsibility and strong attention to detail
- Manage event documentation accurately and produce clear, concise reports using organized administrative skills
- Apply industry knowledge to inform event planning and execution for relevance and effectiveness
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients using strong administrative and presentation skills
- Collaborate as an effective team player and apply problem-solving skills to overcome challenges under pressure
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma holder preferred, reflecting foundational knowledge relevant to service or hospitality industries
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in service or hospitality industry to support event or client management functions
- Demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude conducive to a dynamic work environment
Other Information
