The Role
- Building and growing a temporary hospitality desk across Edinburgh, Glasgow, and the wider Central Belt
- Developing new business through proactive B2B sales and client visits
- Leveraging existing market knowledge and local networks
- Sourcing and placing high‑quality hospitality professionals
- Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
- Building long‑term client partnerships and becoming a trusted supplier
- Working towards clear revenue targets with strong earning potential
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role (temp experience essential)
- Knowledge of local businesses that utilise hospitality staff (e.g. hotels, venues, events, contract catering)
- Strong business development skills and commercial awareness
- Motivated by building a desk and maximising earnings
- Confident relationship‑builder with a proactive approach
- Full UK driving licence (preferred due to regional travel)
- Ambitious, resilient, and target‑driven
