Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in documenting and mapping business processes.
- Support workflow analysis and optimization efforts.
- Help prepare process flowcharts using BPM tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Support automation initiatives and RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
- Learn Lean Six Sigma and other improvement frameworks.
- Help identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Assist in creating process documentation and SOPs.
- Support project teams during process redesign workshops.
- Contribute to business transformation initiatives.
- Assist in preparing KPIs and performance tracking dashboards.
- Research emerging BPM technologies.
- Collaborate with IT for system integration needs.
- Shadow consultants in process improvement projects.
- Support compliance and audit-related process checks.
- Contribute to knowledge base and lessons-learned reports.
