Volunteer Administrator

We are a well‑established local charity celebrating our 30th anniversary. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Volunteer Administrator to support our reception and office administration.

You will be joining an incredibly supportive team of staff, volunteers and trustees, many of whom have been here for more than 10 years, working towards enhancing the quality of life for our beneficiaries.

Your role

Volunteer Administrator – reception and office support on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Hours

Flexible, ranging from one half‑day to two full days per week, to be worked on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays.

Key responsibilities

What we offer / support

You will be supervised by Brigstowe’s full‑time Executive Assistant. Full induction and ongoing training opportunities will be provided. A minimum commitment of six months is required.

About Us

For 30 years, Brigstowe has been a lifeline for people living with HIV, especially those facing barriers. We support individuals and communities through a range of services, including advice, peer support groups, peer mentoring, and sexual health promotion.

About You

Enthusiastic team player who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes so that support staff can focus on their clients. Comfortable with IT and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). Prior administrative experience is welcomed.
