The Opportunity
You will play a central role in delivering high-quality administrative and client servicing support, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and advisers alike. Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive administrative and client servicing support to Wealth Managers and the wider team
- Coordinate client annual reviews, preparing comprehensive meeting packs, valuations, and supporting documentation
- Review compliance documentation, identifying gaps and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to implement client instructions accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with back-office teams (including Dublin-based operations) to manage data updates, payments, and income processing
- Conduct client call-backs to verify and action requests in line with compliance procedures
- Handle sensitive processes such as deceased client administration with professionalism and strict regulatory adherence
- Manage and track Letters of Authority within tight deadlines to ensure smooth client transitions
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across all internal and third-party systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, service delivery, and operational efficiency
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
About You
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within financial services, ideally in a wealth management or financial planning environment
- Strong understanding of financial products, including investments, pensions, and protection, along with associated tax considerations
- Working knowledge of the UK regulatory framework
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner and client-focused approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- A collaborative team player with a flexible, proactive mindset
