About the Role
As Equine & Farm Clinical Director, you will:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 4–5 Equine & Farm vets.
- Drive service quality and business development within the Equine & Farm department.
- Foster a positive, forward-thinking culture where staff can thrive.
- Collaborate closely with Small Animal Clinical Directors and the Practice Manager for broader practice leadership.
- Innovate, expand, and enhance services to reflect your professional vision.
State‑of‑the‑Art Facilities
- Equine stables and stocks across two sites.
- In‑house laboratory.
- Mobile digital radiography and equine ultrasound.
- Respiratory scope for equine procedures.
