This leading law firm is keen to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor who possesses the ability to build relationships and assist on a varied caseload of commercial property matters. The team covers a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, development work, landlord and tenant matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist on a varied caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, development work, landlord and tenant matters.
• Deal with up to 4 years PQE and demonstrate at least 12 months experience with all types of commercial property matters.
• Gain exposure to complex, high‑value matters and build strong relationships.
• Benefit from high quality work, strong internal support, and the chance to develop your profile within a respected and growing team.

Requirements
