Requirements (Legal Roles)
- Minimum of 3 years PQE
- Excellent advocacy, communication, and drafting skills

Additional Requirement – Compliance Supervisor Role
- Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) requirements met, including minimum 3 years PQE
- Strong understanding of SRA regulatory framework and compliance obligations
- Experience in legal compliance, risk management, and file audits
- Ability to oversee and ensure firm‑wide adherence to SRA standards
