Production Line Supervisor
Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
£27,600 - £30,600 plus overtime
4 on 4 off days only (6.30am – 4.00pm)
We are currently recruiting for a Production Line Supervisor. The role is based on the outskirts of Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. Own transport is essential due to location and working hours.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the company product to ensure the production line has the correct workflow to meet the orders
- Plan and prioritise workload to ensure maximum performance and minimum downtime
- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
- Stock management
- Pro-Actively support continues improvement and lean manufacturing principles
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping (5S)
Core Skills
- Previous experience in operating plant machinery within food production
- Good standard of English and Maths
- Adaptable and open to experience potential new workplace situations
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Good IT skills, must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel
- The ability to problem-solve and lead the team
- Good communication abilities at all levels
- The ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good multi-tasking skills
- Ensuring right first-time culture
- Confident, professional and tenacious
