ReportingintotheMechanicalEstatesOperationsManagerthepost-holderisresponsiblefor providing leadership to the operational mechanical engineering team, the development of standardised practices and processes within their area of responsibility (trade group) and to support the delivery of modern maintenance services meeting compliant standards within a customer care focused environment
