Responsibilities
- Managing multiple client cases simultaneously, from initial enquiry to resolution
- Provide day-to-day HR advice – disciplinaries, grievances, absence, restructures
- Handling complex employee relations cases with confidence
- Drafting bespoke employment contracts, policies, and handbooks
- Working with a wide variety of customers, and developing positive relationships
- Accurately recording work and following internal systems and processes
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR and UK employment law
- Experience managing HR cases end‑to‑end
- A consulting or multi‑stakeholder background is desirable
- A CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience
- Comfortable working independently and ability to remain calm and supportive
- A full driving license, access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel occasionally
