Duties
- Selling new and used vans to both private customers and trade clients
- Upselling additional products and finance options to maximise sales revenue
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Managing sales leads and following up to secure conversions
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities
- Negotiating prices and terms effectively
- Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to company processes
- Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed targets
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Proven automotive sales experience, preferably within van or car sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer focus and relationship‑building abilities
- Motivated and target‑driven with a desire to succeed
- Knowledge of the motor trade industry and current market trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confidence in upselling and closing sales
- Valid driving licence is essential
