Position: Agile Business Analyst (Digital Delivery)
Location: London, United Kingdom (London Victoria office; flexible client‑side)
Employment type: Full‑time, Hybrid. Minimum 2–3 days per week in the office or on a client site; up to 5 days on a client site.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and business teams to drive meaningful digital change.
- Work as part of cross‑functional teams to deliver complex technology‑enabled change initiatives using Agile methodologies.
- Elicit, refine and prioritise requirements for digital teams.
- Employ Agile requirements management practices, including EPICS, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Develop User Journeys, Use Cases and Process Maps.
- Support the sales lifecycle and expand client offerings.
- Facilitate continuous improvement of Agile ways of working through retrospectives.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience as a Business Analyst within a digital delivery team.
- At least 2 years relevant consulting experience or an equivalent background.
- Experience with Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS and Scrum@Scale.
- Proficient in Agile backlog tools – JIRA, Azure DevOps or similar.
- Experience operating across the digital delivery lifecycle (Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live).
- Experience developing Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD) and writing/assuring acceptance criteria.
- Ability to facilitate continuous improvement through retrospectives.
- Understanding of different delivery models (waterfall, iterative, continuous delivery).
