Sales and Partnerships Lead

Sporting Jobs are working with a professional football organisation to appoint a Sales and Partnerships Lead into a key role within their commercial department.

This is a hands‑on sales position with responsibility for driving new commercial revenue across partnerships, sponsorship, ticketing and related sales activity, while also managing and developing two Sales / Commercial Executives.

Responsibilities

• Generating new commercial revenue
• Managing, mentoring and developing two executives
• Supporting delivery of commercial and ticketing targets
• Building strong internal and external relationships

• Proven sales experience within football or professional sport
• Comfortable in a target‑driven environment
• Ready to take on, or already in, a people‑management role
