We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our sales team, focusing on Mid-Market clients (up to 2,000 seats). This is a land-and-expand sales model: you’ll win new logos, then grow those accounts by introducing the full Bytes portfolio - from Microsoft and cloud solutions to cybersecurity, data analytics, and managed services.

What you’ll do
- Win new business: Identify and engage mid-market prospects through research, networking, and outbound strategies.
- Expand accounts: Build long-term relationships and introduce additional services to maximise client value.
- Solution selling: Partner with technical specialists to design tailored solutions across Microsoft, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, and more.
- Own the sales cycle: From discovery to close, position Bytes as a trusted partner for IT innovation.
What we’re looking for
- 2–3 years’ experience in IT sales (VAR, reseller, vendor, or service provider).
- Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills – you know how to make an impact.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and a data-driven approach to pipeline management.
