Great opportunity to join our Team on a 12 months temporary contract as Fabric Administrator!
The successful candidate will provide effective administrative support to the Fabric Buying team in all aspects. You will be working closely with the Fabric Buying team to ensure a smooth on-time delivery of our critical path, working closely with Mills and other internal departments.
Key Responsibilities of Fabric Administrator (including but not limited to):
- Maintain full control of the Materials Inbox, replying in a timely manner and distributing emails to the necessary stakeholders for action if out of remit
- Administration of electronic POs for vendors, quantities and destinations as directed by the Fabric Merchandisers/ Fabric Buying Manager
- Set up and Monitor Fabric moves between factories
- Support during Buys to ensure all PO’s are issued on time and Splits to location are completed on time
- Sending out New Purchase Orders to Suppliers
- Ensure Outstanding Reports are sent to all Factories & Mills for Review after each Buy
- Signing off Pro Forma Invoices
- Support in the maintenance of accurate data in all relevant areas of BC
- Actively Monitor Blanks on the fabric Report and ensure full information is always present
- Update Fabric status and Season on BC using latest change to Product emails
- Provide support to the Fabric Merchandisers/ Fabric Buying Manager as directed
- Escalate any delays to production to Fabric Merchandiser/ Fabric Buying Manager to ensure on time delivery in line with our critical path
- To book in shipments from mills and invoice details Accounts in a timely manner
- Daily liaison with the Fabric Merchandisers and Fabric Buying Manager
