Join our GXO Howdens team in our Hemel Hempstead depot as Transport Shift Manager. You'll be responsible for safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the transport function during your designated shift, ensuring delivery performance, legal compliance, effective people management, and high standards of customer service.

This is a full‑time, permanent position with core hours Monday to Friday 14.00 PM to 22:00 PM (flexibility required for business needs).

Pay, benefits and more:

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company‑sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts.
