New Car Controller
Ballyrobert is looking for a self-motivated selling New Car Controller to join their team . The ideal candidate will support the sales team by creating energy and excitement around the brand. This exciting opportunity would suit a Senior Sales Consultant who wants to progress their career towards management. Alternately you may already be in a controller role and looking for further experience with a new brand to enhance your CV and prospects.
The successful applicant must be able to:
- Ensure that the team sells an agreed volume of new vehicles whilst retaining budgeted profitability and meeting customer satisfaction objectives.
- Hands on role in which you enjoy meeting customers and closing deals
- Promote the brand values in the local area.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction objectives and strive to retain customers to the retail facility and the brand.
- Must have a high level of motivation and drive and a good business sense.
- Must have a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and can seek out, negotiate, and secure profitable sales of new vehicles and additional products to the retail sector.
- Demonstrate excellent management skills and the ability to motivate staff.
- Ensure correct administration procedures are adhered to by all sales staff.
- Build prospective business by asking for referrals, following up on prospects, and calling prospective customers.
- Participate fully in measurement and feedback processes, to complete and return documentation on time and to embrace personal training and development opportunities.
Only those with relevant motor trade experience should apply.
