Management Accountant

Salary & Benefits:

• £40,000 - £50,000, depending on experience
• 35.25 hour working week (Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm)

About you:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in management accounting or a similar role
• Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA), or Part-Qualified
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Excellent IT skills, including financial software and Microsoft Office
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Good knowledge of financial tools and processes; experience with Sage 200 Accounts is beneficial

What you'll do:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and support year-end submissions for auditors
• Handle internal recharges, accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset records
• Conduct bank reconciliations and manage VAT returns for UK and ROI, along with EC Sales and Intrastat reports
• Maintain and enhance financial systems to improve processes
• Assist with a variety of financial tasks supporting overall business operations
