We are hiring for our client, a leading specialist in premium commercial interiors, to appoint an experienced Working Foreman. This Foreman role offers the opportunity to work on high-quality fit-out projects across Ireland and the UK, delivering innovative and bespoke spaces. The successful Foreman will play a key role on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to exceptional standards.

The Role:

* Assist in managing all on-site fit-out activities to meet project timelines
* Work hands-on with site teams delivering high-quality finishes
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams effectively
* Oversee installation of interior finishes, fixtures, and fittings
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
* Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme delivery

The Person:

* 5+ years' experience as a Working Foreman
* Background in fit-out and/or joinery essential
* Proven experience delivering fast-paced, high-quality projects
* Strong leadership and team coordination skills
* Excellent attention to detail and communication ability
* Full, clean driving licence and eligible to work in Ireland
