Alison Gray Recruitment are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join our client in Belfast on a part time, temporary basis.
- Pay:£15 per hour, paid weekly
- Hours: Part Time, Tuesday & Wednesday 8am - 4:30pm, flexibility required
Duties:
- Month ends reconciliations and reporting.
- Purchase ledger transaction posting, statement reconciliations and payments.
- Sales ledger invoicing and payments.
- Banking reconciliation and lodgements.
- Reception Greeting visitors, facilitating meetings and answering the phone.
- Administration Scanning, filing, general office duties.
- Processing orders for bitumen products.
- Scheduling delivery of bitumen products.
Requirements:
- Experience working in accounts or despatch Office
- Ability to use own initiative but also work well within a team.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure to achieve deadlines.
- Computer literate, with excellent experience of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and organisational skills
