Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer queries via phone, email, and online systems
- Support customers with online ordering and process orders
- Take ownership of queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Assist with account administration including order entry, reporting, and stock adjustments
- Generate reports and support internal processes
- Work with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and service levels
- Use internal systems to help improve customer experience
Skills & Experience
- Recent graduate or experience in a customer service/administrative role
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly approach
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Qualifications
- Degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English + 1 years Customer Service/administration support experience
