Responsibilities

• Reaching set sales budgets and KPI’s
• All operational matters at store level
• Hire, coach and develop team‑members
• Be a role‑model and lead by example
• Initiate and implement Eton events at store level
• Responsible for opex at store level
• Partner with corporate outlet supervisor on maintaining correct inventory levels and identifying product needs
• Overseeing standard operating procedures and implementing efficiencies in store routines (best practices)
• Training on store operations
• Manage POS and other digital applications and systems
• Inventory management
• Obsolescence and theft
• Liaison between store and landlord

The position reports into the Head of Retail. The position starts May 1st with possible start later.
