Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze global threshold disclosure requirements to ensure full compliance across various jurisdictions.
- Prepare, review, and submit regulatory filings related to threshold disclosures in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for disclosure reporting.
- Identify, assess, and escalate potential compliance risks associated with threshold breaches or regulatory changes.
- Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing the firm’s compliance framework and risk controls.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Over 3 years of experience in threshold disclosures or related compliance or regulatory reporting functions.
- Practical, hands‑on exposure to threshold filings.
- Experience working within an asset manager, investment adviser, hedge fund, bank, custodian, or regulatory reporting service provider.
- Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex position and ownership data.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with threshold monitoring systems such as Confluence Signal and Charles River is beneficial.
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders, including Legal and Operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple filings and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive, self‑motivated approach with willingness to take ownership of deliverables.
- Will be expected to understand the regulatory obligations of the firm and abide by the regulated entity requirements and JHI policies applicable to the role.
- Will be willing to adhere to the provisions of the Investment Advisory Code of Ethics related to personal securities activities and other disclosure and certification requirements, including past political contributions and political activities.
