Senior Architect (2 positions) – London – High‑Rise Residential
Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery on 100-300 unit residential schemes.
- Produce tender packages and Gateway 2 information.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities.
- Mentor junior team members and ensure quality output.
Qualifications
- 5+ years PQE (Post Part 3).
- Strong background in UK high‑rise / HRB residential projects.
- Advanced Revit skills (non‑negotiable, used daily).
- Confident leading teams, running projects, and managing deadlines.
- Client‑facing and commercially aware.
Location & Requirements
Location: London.
