Role Overview
Opportunity to join a highly respected family law department in the West Midlands as part of a Legal 500 firm renowned for serving high‑net‑worth and high‑profile clients. This senior role is within a highly successful Family Law team that focuses on complex, predominantly privately funded matters.
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex divorce, financial remedy, domestic violence, children law, emergency applications, and especially Special Guardianship matters for high‑net‑worth clients.
- Provide business management leadership by improving processes, supporting department growth, and ensuring team KPIs are achieved.
- Lead recruitment, implement new processes, and manage client targets.
Qualifications
- Senior Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE, holding Partner, Legal Director, or Senior Associate status.
- Experience in complex family law for high‑net‑worth clients.
