As Year Lead, you will be a model of quality and have the chance to have a wider impact in the school and on your team. You will develop, lead and hold to account a team of peers, enabling the highest levels of behaviour, progress and attainment for all. You will also maintain an oversight of pastoral care in the year group, supporting children and staff with matters related to behaviour, safeguarding and attendance. The Year Group will be three classes in a Key Stage that suits the experience of the successful applicant.
