Business Development Manager

The Role

A new opportunity has arisen to join our new business converged sales team, where you will focus on selling across Tela's product portfolio. Note, this is not an account management opportunity - this is a role for a hungry, new business professional who shares in our belief system of putting our customers first.

Duties will include;

• Generating your own meetings through business development activity & networking,
• Proposing the right solution to best fit a customer’s need,
• Managing your sales pipeline,
• Working to monthly sales targets & KPI's
• Acting as a point of contact for the customer from them signing, to 'live date', to handing over to their new account manager,
• Working with internal departments to promote cross selling across Tela’s product portfolio,
• Working within Tela’s values, ensuring a positive customer experience every time
