The Role
This is a hands-on, client-facing position within a busy accounts team. You will work with a varied portfolio of SME clients, gaining exposure across accounts preparation, compliance, and advisory work. This is not a siloed role - you'll be involved directly with clients and senior leadership from an early stage.

What You Will Do
Prepare and review statutory accounts for a broad range of SME clients
Support compliance work across corporation tax and VAT
Assist with management accounts and advisory assignments
Build strong client relationships and participate in client meetings
Work closely with senior team members on a variety of client projects
Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment

Requirements
ACA / ACCA qualified or part-qualified (or equivalent)
Practice experience within accounts preparation and client interaction
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
Confident, proactive approach with a willingness to learn
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
