We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing finance team in London. This role will support the Finance Manager in overseeing accounting functions, managing relationships with external auditors, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Perform day-to-day accounting, including payables, receivables, reconciliations, and bookkeeping
Prepare monthly financial reports for shareholders
Assist with account consolidation and liaise with BDO on accounting queries
Support data management in SAP (experience preferred but not essential)
Potentially manage a small team or guide junior staff
Strong accounting and financial management experience, ideally with a practice background (audit, consultancy)
Previous experience managing small teams and delivering small to medium-sized engagements
Comfortable handling accounting queries from auditors and working with SAP or similar systems
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
