Qual Operations Manager - £35,000-45,000 - London (hybrid)

Salary: 30-45k (DOE)
Location: London (2 days in office per week)

On behalf of our client, a London based strategic consultancy specialising in the B2B/Tech space, we are on the lookout for an organised and Excel superstar Qualitative Operations Manager.

Field Management

• Participant recruitment
• Attending both client briefings and internal team briefings
• Screener design
• Creation and management of all project documents, profile sheets, quota sheets, fieldwork schedules
• Continuous monitoring of fieldwork progress, providing regular client updates

Operations

• Budget management
• Workflow tracking and process optimisation, excellent Excel skills are a must
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Office management and admin

The successful candidate will have a can‑do approach, taking pride on creating the best outcomes possible of their work. Balancing sometimes conflicting priorities, with the ability to compartmentalise and manage several tasks simultaneously with impeccable attention to detail

To be considered you must live in the UK and hold a valid UK working permit or visa. You’ll also need to be able to commute to the London office 2 days per week.
